Just to clarify, for anyone interested – this is still on, but it’s being held up pending the organisation of a press release and whatnot. I’ll be sure to get details of tickets out here as soon as I can, but I expect it to be next week at the moment.
Also, since I’ve had this question more than once – on the day a game is attempted by small one or two (I wouldn’t recommend larger unless you are a really well oiled team) person teams. So the output is lots of little prototypes etc. It is NOT the case that everyone gets together to make one game.
Also I would like to reiterate that it’s a non-competitive day, the challenge is what you make it and the aim is for people to relax and enjoy the sharing of information as they make their ideas.
