It would be good to get one more shindig out of the summer to catch up with everyone as well as hopefully meeting some new faces.

Anyone up for a shindig on Friday the 24th or 31st? How about the likes of Peter, Lewis, Ivan and Damian – able to make it over?

hmm i should really go to one of these "shindigs" before I go of to Australia

i doubt ill make that, we’re on a very tight deadline, as SR is almost done :) wayhey! Cant really expand on the deadlines but Ivan and Damian will know the schedule for the final months of a project (especially a multi-platform title). Although i can say end of september im free to party again. If ye get one organised for the week of 17th/18th sept i could make that.

August is a no-no for me. Should be completing buying my new house around the end of the end, so won’t be making it.

Looks like there’s not much appetite for another shindig right now! Perhaps September will work better.

Ivan, hope you enjoyed all the wonderful Dutch architecture.

Well.. maybe you saw it on the way back to the airport. :P

so do I see some agreement to have a shindig on the 22nd of September?

will I put it in the calendar?

what about a venue – was it Brogans we were in last time – on South William Street? We could stand outside with the smokers… :)

Discussion on the shindig seems to have dropped off. Still going ahead? I agree with Aphra would be best to set it in stone (well the calendar anyway) especially if people are coming from a far.

well if you are going to make the effort to come over I don’t think we will quibble over a Fri or a Sat – I suggest then we make it the Friday night!

of course that also means probably going to a pub with a big screen as Ireland are playing France at 21.00 that night – but we can all suffer it together I guess.

Rugby will keep the heathens like Hannigan and Kelly away! I may have other plans for the match, but they will involve being in town, so I’ll be around for most of the evening.

      Hi Peter,

I have a wedding to attend the following day ( there must be something in the air or water – that’ll be the 3rd within 5 weeks! ), so it might not be possible to get down for this one unfortunately ( I can hear my liver sighing with relief :).
