    Downloaded the demo. It looks and plays like $150. Though for a cheap, easy option for beginers it looks like a good place to start if money or programming is an issue

    Now thats looks pretty good, ill have to download the demo when I get home and check it out, cant mind any mention on the physics system though

    http://www.ogre3d.org/ – Actually a graphics engine but can be integrated with controls / collision ect.
