InactiveCan you give me a site where it works ok and Ill hvae a look at what it does differently? The icon isnt stored in the root directory, which is ok for most browsers, but might be different with Safari.

InactiveWell, I suggest you stop using Safari because it really sucks. Probably one of the worst browsers out there!
Firefox is your friend……

InactiveI use Firefox on my PC and Mac.
Safari is just an afterthought by Apple. It also seems to be the most difficult browser for web developers to get their site working fully on. -

InactiveClaire,
can you tell me if you can see it now?
Also, do you have McFirefox installed, if so, does it work on that?
Cheers

Inactiveok .. it shows up in firefox.. but i can’t keep using this app.. it’s so slow in comparison to safari.
i’d rather have no ico :D than too slow, especially considering eircom jsut doubled my 1mb broadband to 2mb..
it would be like throwing the speed bump out the window LOL ..
back to safari :D

InactiveFirefox on the Mac was meant to have a bunch of speed issues as compared to windows, though I thought they had tried to fix it.
Will give it another shot. Hard to test things when you can’t see the problem :)

InactiveI find Firefox grand on my iMac. Whenever I try and use Safari it invariably hangs after a certain amount of time, and won’t load any site. I then have to quit it and open it again…..
