Hi all,
So i’m just throwing the idea out there of a possible Irish game developers charity gaelic football event.
Would anyone be interested in it?
Prefer to do another sport?
Prefer not to do a sport at all?
As I said, just throwing the idea out there so open to all opinions and other ideas.
Also made a Google Form for people not on GD.ie to give ideas.

Yeah totally.
And mixed seasoned players and newbie’s.
Though saying that I’m not too sure how into shoulder bashing the irish game development scene are.

i know the idea for dodgeball was brought up by us before.
personally i would prefer it , as one its most people play so no one is going to have a major advantage and its pretty pick up and play. two its an indoor game (just need a sport hall)

+1 for dodgeball, but purely because I’m useless at gaelic football :)
will do basketball, rugby, soccer, volleyball, whatever. Just can’t do Gaelic :)

Dodgeball seems to be getting the biggest support so far.
Will keep asking for the next while to see if any other sports are nominated.

A general sports day could be cool. Like you may have done in school. With tug of war, dodge ball comp, Sprint races, extreme frisbee, frisbee golf, all those kind of things.
