Ronny, If you’re a fan of DX1 I reccomend DX2, you won’t be dissapointed. It’s not a huge revolution, but it’s still a very well engineered game. However, might I take a moment to point you all towards Ninja Gaiden, Sweet lord jasus of all that’s holy, this is a beautiful game, the character animation and movement is breathtaking, very, very good game.

I’m surprised Index have any of this stock left, I bought one last Friday and got rid of it on Sunday :)
If you like games I don’t think you can go wrong with a GameCube, its lovely and although it doesn’t have great support behind it, its Nintendo and you’ll be able to pick up most of the gems for nothing now.
Ninja Gaiden on the other hand is solid, proper old school nonsense, looks gorgeous but then all the team ninja stuff does so if you aren’t up to the challenge of Gaiden get Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball its a pleasant surprise :)

Its not quite that bad, they have removed human decapitations, I was dubious about the European one but if I hadn’t had seen the uproar about it it would never have occurred to me. Moral of the story: if you haven’t played it with them you not likely to miss them.
I’m against the patching of games but I think its cool that Team Ninja plan to upgrade the game via Live! see here.
An improved camera would be great, good to see they have listened to the feedback and don’t plan on a whole new release for improvements.

I agree KyotoKid, simply cutting(no pun intended)the violence level is ridiculous, after all metal gear solid on the game cube has some horrific cut(again no pun intended)scenes, especially those involving Gray Fox, it seems to me yet another case of played it for five mins, saw that you could cut of heads and opps we have to ban that,simply have too…..FOR FUCK SAKE look at Manhunt, GTA, the Suffering, Silent hill….all changed for the Pufter european market! cop on censors were not kids!
and to parents out there, if you don’t think the content of a game is fit for your child well don’t bloody well buy it form them, the same way you wouldn’t take them to see Hannibal Lector’s next outing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, DX2 could have used the same engine and not at all upgraded the graphics and I still would love it. Once the price of the XBox comes down I’ll probably get it for DX2. Then of course it has a few other great games. -
