KeymasterNext week I hope to do a companies list update and invite new companies to add their info.
I know Meedja has diversified and may wish to be removed but I think there are a number of companies we need to invite to join.
Off the top of my head I can think of
1. gmedia
2. bit rabbit
3. gamelocalisation.net
4. goa
5. skillground
6. gala networks ltd.
7. darkwater
8. silvertongueAm I missing any?

InactiveThere is also Frogwares in Dublin… (I’m not sure if their Dublin office is development, localization or what ever. You can get information on them here: http://www.frogwares.com/about.html)
Also I suppose if you are considering adding freelance services into the mix you could add me, http://www.DoomCube.com

I suspect from the web site having offices in Ukraine and Ireland most likely means dev is in the Ukraine (box art also suggests it ;) ).

KeymasterI am just finalising my list of companies to contact re the games industry census.
Does anyone have any contact info for the following companies?
1. Riverplay games
2. erepublic.com
3. grrrgames.com
4. purplenose games
5. shogun games studio
6. frogwaresIf there are new companies I am unlikely to know about (which seems to be more and more) just PM me details.
Mostly we will concentrate on games operating in development, publishing, middleware and support services. Not retail this time.
thanks…..you can PM me if you don’t want to post here.

KeymasterA big welcome to SDL Global Solutions (Ireland) Limited who are based in Bray and lots of other places it seems. They specialise in localisation.
Hope to see you at some of the games events in the future

KeymasterHi all
I am going to do a bit of pruning of companies as we are getting a lot of interest from composers and musicians but some seem more suited to the profiles section than to the companies section. It seems fairer if all individual composers/musicians are listed under profiles.
I will be contacting the four or so in the companies list in the next day or two about where to put their entries. Two of our four music/sound entries are also in the profiles section.
Can I also encourage people to update their profiles every now and again…some of them are very old!!
