Well it seems we have a weekend of game playing competitions ahead of us what with the heats for the World Cyber Games in the Digital Hub on Sat night and I see Microsoft have the Pro Evo Ireland competition on this weekend too out in Sandyford on Sat afternoon.
Anyone taking part or are you all too busy making games to take part in the competitions??

I would love to be able to go but being a poor student I have to work when I’m not in college and so I’m working today! And couldn’t swap shifts!
Need more midnight competitions!!

A couple of guys from here in DCU went to WCG and the general concensus was that it was one of the best run events in the last few years. Raging I couldnt go but birthday celebrations had to be done at home. :D

Did people see the pics of the Irish team and the world Cyber Games event?
also the two blogs..one by Roisin Ingle of the Irish Times about training for the event are a hoot!
