Saw EA and payoff in the header of this article on anandtech so thought it’d be fun..
Anyway that dispute regarding overtime within the company has finally been settled. $15m seems a decent amount, but then again it depends on the number of people involved. One thing I found interesting was that the “class” of employee that were exempt from overtime payment were all on the art side of things…so does that mean that the programming side guys got paid overtime? :?

The hard-core programmers, locked up in their dark rooms, probably didn’t realise that there was a law-suit :) Or a thing called over-time!
