      Hi, my course is Electronic and Software Engineering and it consists of the modules listed below. I was hoping someone could tell me if the course is right for computer games development, as it isn’t listed in the courses section.

      Stage 1
      Communications
      Computer-Aided Engineering
      Computer Programming I
      Computer Programming II
      Computing
      Electric Circuits
      Electronics
      Engineering Mathematics
      Professional Studies

      Stage 2
      Communications and Information Systems
      Computation Theory
      Data Structures and Algorithms
      Digital Systems
      Embedded Software
      Hardware and Software Co-Design
      Mathematics
      Microprocessors
      Networks and Communications
      Professional Studies
      Signals and Systems
      Software Engineering
      Virtual Reality Systems

      Stage 3
      Students undertake a substantial project (worth one and one-half modules) in a relevant area, plus an appropriate selection of modules or half-modules in the areas of Computer Architecture, Digital Design, Image Processing, Software Engineering, Multimedia Systems and Computer Communications.

      ya sounds good.

      you’ve got programming, sw eng, algorithms, maths in 2 years, hardware and networking. should be grand. although that alone wont get you a games job. a good demo will do that, but those modules will help you to make a good one. you’ll have to learn simple graphics, ai, physics in your own time.
