Heh, true it’s a bit annoying.
However…
If you change the values ( eg maybe a break every 15 mins for 3 mins ), and you keep ignoring it or it still gets annoying, you’re probably missing the point of it, or indeed that fact is highlighting an issue.
You’re actually meant to actually get up and take a quick break every so often, for health reasons etc. This program can alert you to these breaks.
If you’re being annoyed by the less frequent break alerts, then you might be working too intensively, and are maybe not being as productive as you could if you were more rested and had more frequent breaks to think clearly etc.
