Pretty cool, any chances of seeing a wire frame. Some minor uv mapping issues regards the chainmail but overall a nice model.

No problem there you go, I dont have any other views in the wireframe on my site and I’m struggling for space so this is all I can provide but it’s enough to see whats going on.

Maybe add a bit more detail to the quaterstaff. Overall it’s quite a nice neat model. Best of luck with the comp, let us know how you get on.

I’m assuming all these models are being done in 3DS MAX?

Lovely model! Very cool concept too, and nice character design. :D
One thing though, by Swamp Slug do you mean it is actually based somewhat on a normal slug. If so, i can’t really see any features that refer to a slug? eg: eye stems

Wow loads of replys, thanks lads! For some reason I never got any email notification that there was replys!?
gizmo – Yes I used Max6 to model and map this character, Its the first timne I’ve used max in a few years cause I wanted to get back into it and also it’s one of the more popular programmes used in the industry so it helps when looking for a job!
Nooptical – No man its not meant to be a Slug of any kind, really I just wanted a name in the title to help people imagine what i was getting at. The bulk of the concept was just a slimey shapeshifting type creature stuffed into Armour!
Heres the two links related to this comp, this thread here is all the other submissions if anyones interested and then on http://www.realtimecg.com is where the winners will be announced.
Thanks for the interest everyone!
