InactiveOff the top of me head…Jet Set Radio, Ocarina of Time, Shenmue, REZ and Tempest2000 (or buy the cheap PC version of T2K and rip the audio tracks)
Lemme have a think for some others…

InactiveHrm, duno about buying them but the Homeworld, Hitman and Halo soundtracks are quite good in my opinion…theres also the MDK2 soundtrack but that was more action sequence orientated rather than actual tracks…

as for buying, the best game soundtrack i’ve heard in a long time is Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory by Amon Tobin… fandabidosy!
Also, extract the Halflife2 soundtrack from your game data… some great stuff in there too.

Inactivethis is also cool… the guy was a huge mario fan, and was blinded when his brother struck him in the face with the controller after losing at a Mario Bros showdown, so he took up the piano instead*.
