I had to look up what ‘UX team’ was :D
That job is out of my league, lots of requirements there! I hope you get someone suitable.

Thanks Kyotokid,
I know, serious amount of requirements… why can’t things be more simple?? :(
Yep UX is popping up in more and more requirements for senior designers, I guess its a good idea in principle but i think perhaps its adding another layer when user journey etc. is obviously a consideration in good design anyway… even without the title!!
.. probably offended someone by that statement… hopefully not someone I know!!!

Sounds like a good oppertunity to get a tan! Any more details on that?
"Does this mean the employee can come at 11.30am and leave at 4pm?"
That’d be awesome, however I don’t think the games industry works that way. But lets not tell the rest of the world, they all still think we’ve got the best jobs ever!
