A few years ago a GTA title being delayed would be truly devastating. Now the impact isn’t anywhere near as great.

They are always delayed though, it’s just a hype builder. Although this time I thought they would be much closer to october 19th

That’s true. I actually remember the original GTA being delayed. I spent hours every day playing the demo version. It was one of the happiest days of my young underage life when the game was released! -
for me it would have to be warhawk and halo3

Yeah I’m getting pretty excited about Haze, since I saw that first fmv ages ago I have been pretty confident that it was going to turn out to be one of the more interesting fps games of the year. Eagerly awaited.

All these games that promise free-roaming etc, like Assasin’s Creed, are just going to turn out pretty, but ultimately limited 3rd person games. Hyping a game is as important as it’s actualy development these days…

Thing is though, most people regard KOTR as a fantastic game so the idea of a sci-fi minus the lightsaber version of it is enough to whet most people’s appetites. :)

Still haven’t played that. Might pick it up in town tomorrow if I have the chance.As for Mass Effect, I’m feeling pretty optimistic. KOTOR was a great game and I really out a lot out of it. Same for the sequel.

Agree 100%, probably one of my favorite games ever. Will be keeping an eye out for Mass Effect, might just turn out better than expected. -

Seems one of those other ones is Time Splitters 4, nice one. It’d be nice if this one hit the PC too but I don’t think I should hold my breath. :( -

Ya reckon haze is going to be pretty awesome.
As one magazine suggested it would bring Halo 3 crashing down, as it was more of the same and didnt re-invent itself enough..

The screen shots are looking fantastic! I cant wait to see how the "Haze" mechanic plays out, especially in multiplayer.
As for Haze be bringing down Halo 3, its not gonna happen. Halo 3 will sell on the strength of its name alone, and it is looking very good to boot. I really hope Haze is good enough to upset its apple cart though.

I’m going to buy haze ahead of Halo 3. It’s ok that GTA is delayed, just means slightly less money i’ve to spend over the next 3 months
