This is news to me, though maybe I’m a bit slow on the Internets these days:

ID Software, creators of Doom, Quake etc. has apparently been accquired by Zenimax, owners of Bethesda (Fallout, Oblivion etc..).
What’s the betting we’ll be seeing VATS in Doom 4 ? :)

Yep, a wee bit old, but ID announced that that because of this deal they can make 3 titles at once. 2 known and one unknown
Hopefully this a good thing and they don’t stretch themselves too far.
They seem pretty happy about the deal, which is great :)
