InactiveNoticed theres alot of talk on the site about ps2. Surely ps2 games development should be wrapping up this year, and everyone moving to ps3 dev? Presumably its for titles which are nearly due for release.
Sure while we’re promoting ones employer as always check http://www.sega.co.uk\developmag\gamesindustry.biz. We’ve got a shite load of jobs, there the jobs which mentioned AAA and racing titles in the midlands.
Dosh is good, opportunities are great and shite load of free games!

InactiveWhy in God’s name would anyone wrap up PS2 development. Are you crazy! PS1 games are still selling. With the current install base of PS2s, there’ll be PS2 sales for the next several years.

InactiveCan anyone reccomend something for a student?
I need a job for the summer and want to get experience in the industry at the same time.Should I apply for one of the interships or just any of the programming jobs?
I’ve spent 2 years on C++, I’ve done some Flash ActionScript, have experience with Python, some SQL knowledge, 2D Photoshop art, can do Low-Poly 3D modelling in Truespace and Milkshape and am eager to learn about the industry and gain more skills.
And of course, I have a passion for games(!)
