Fantom, a start-up games development company based in Temple Bar, Dublin, is looking for a passionate talented developer to work with us on our online sticker album game (see http://tna.fantom.tv/). You will be working on this exciting new web application under the direction of our lead developer, providing support through the design, development, and testing of a live product.
This is a three month fixed term contract with the potential to be extended.
Skills required include HTML5, CSS2/3, JavaScript, PHP (experience other programming/scripting languages will also be taken into consideration), any MVC framework (CakePHP, Symphony etc.), jQuery.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of programming/scripting experience in a web-development environment, preferably working on consumer-oriented projects where the user experience is everything. Preference will be given to applicants who can provide sample code that they have created.
This is an evolving product with huge potential and you would be joining at an exciting time in its development; you will have a real opportunity to make a creative input into the product design. As a start-up we are high intensity, high commitment, so only apply if you love code.
