Just got an offer to publish the game. What do you think?

So a game publisher came to us to say they want to get our game of the ground. Im going to try and be anonymous with names, so here was the offer:

[Publisher Name Removed] will provide all the art (AAA quality) and all publishing for all platforms
Your team/company will handle all the programming for all platforms
Your team will receive 25% of all revenue from all platforms

"What would the IP terms?(Our Question)"
You retain the IP to all code. We retain everything else.

Is this a fair deal, or a bad deal? Im not great with business, so im asking for some help with this!

Also, remember that this was their offer, correct? So, there is always grounds for negotiation with this. If you are interested in the deal, but think 75% is too much, or you would like to retain more of the IP, don’t be afraid to ask for it…the worst they can say is no.
