Hello, I am interested in learning a lot about programing but I am looking for courses that i can take (i’m only 16) If any tell me and courses in Dublin that i can go to, or any ways that i can learn form home i would really love any help from anyone??

A lot of what you will learn will probably come from personal learning on the web, so if you are self motivated enough, you could search about online and for good tutorials.
