Isn’t that what the forum on the Dare To Be Digital site is for ?

Just had a quick look at their site and I see that they’re having an information day on tomorrow ( December 2nd ) in the Digital Hub.

Neither Aphra nor myself are speaking at it this year, so i guess it isn’t getting the publicity we gave it here last year.

When I posted that on the 1st, there was no mention of it on the calendar at the bottom of the site :(
Mike Griffin was on the list of speakers.

I went along and I thought it was quite interesting, as regards speakers(excuse me If i don’t remember all the names)there was a guy(project lead) from Eirplay who gave a talk on the uprising of Mobile gaming as did the TKO representative, which while were on the suject proved to be quite convincing with his speech on ‘How hard it is to break into the industry’. Then there was a talk from Micheal of Kapooki who discussed game design and attitude towards the design process, which was very interesting. A very focused individual I might add. Other Speaker sfrom BBC scotland and Dare brought about some interesting points. all in all it was a good event, I though.
