Hi guys,
theres a few organisations offering online games programming/design/art courses, like http://www.gameversity.com and gameinstitute.com
Has anyone had any experience with these sort of institutes? Gameversity certainly has some reasonable names behind it – (wolfgang endel seems to be teaching the shader programming course)
Also, was intrigued by
http://www.gameversity.com/Descriptions/GameDesign.htmllooked really interesting, and the kind of course that would be hard to find in a traditional educational institution (I think normal college, uni, etc covers programming pretty well – something like this on the other hand..)
Anyone done this sort of thing?

i did the ‘intro to games programming’ course at gameinstitute.com and thought it was very good… site and courses have been revamped since…
courses are great value for money and the instruction is top notch
