They’re calling it a ‘life form’ it learns, adapts to it environment and can be programmed using a simple interface to perform tricks, sing and dance. He also get’s angry from time to time.
Gamasutra did a good article on him and ugobe the company behind it – they’d like games developers to make content so pleo can become a real world NPC and even a new game development platform.
