Hey guys its been a while since I posted, I’m doing a project in college on software devlopment processes and I’m after choosing Scrum to do my presentation on. I’m just looking for some advice on how it works in the game development community. Any help would be great.

Often very badly or not at all…

Seriously though the first question you should ask people is how much of it they use. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a full scrum set up at a game dev studio. It tends to be a bit of this and a bit of that in order to to suit the team involved.
