      Some of ye might be interested in this demonstration of Seadragon & Photosynth Technologies currently being developed my Microsoft Live Labs. I highly recommend the jaw dropping photosynth tech demo (second link below).

      Just think of the possibilities for level design and related areas of game development and the net result of combining applications like this with Surface.

      Yeah absolutely a great reference tool! Also it’s ability to generate 3D data from a series of 2D images could have many uses going forward :) I love the fact that it uses images taken automatically from the web

      Might have shaved years off The Getaway for example :)

      BTW did anyone else have problems running it?
