That’s shocking. It’s always had this image of it being a great place to work and had a lot of potential to put out quality games. I had it down as a priority studio to apply to after university.

Hopefully Peter and his colleagues are being taken care of.. at least the best they can in this situation. Let us know how you’re getting on, Peter.

You’re never leaving uni, remember? :p
Codemasters have set up a free bar apparently…so we might not be seeing Peter for a few days…

Good luck to all involved, there are quite a few jobs out there atm

Yep tis true.. Ah sure this is the games industry. Does make it apparent how hard the industry is and why ireland are struggling to get studios going, because if we fell can happen to any unfortunately.

But I had an awesome time there, made loads of mates, learned a shed load, more experience, so I’ll rise again, and I dont think the guys will have trouble finding jobs theres plenty out there and these guys were definitely some of the best coders\artist within the industry.

Codies free drinks was nice, after a rough day. The guys were all sound out. Fair dues. Yep like I said people should bounce back, strange week, not like it doesnt happy in this industry. Software is a volatile business, games is even more so.lol
