Please use this forum to express any questions, comments or thoughts you may have about the investment process, how much of your company you should give up in relation to how much you should get for it, what investors actually want in return (because they won’t just give you money for free) and I’ll also invite some of the more Grant-familiar members of the forum to answer questions in relation to the grant situation because it doesn’t apply to everyone and I’m sure there are requirements attached.
