Greg Lastowka from the Law department in Rutgers in the US has just published a book on law and policy in MMOGs. He and the publishers, Yale Press, have made the book available under a creative commons license.

I wanted to share that Yale Press allowed me to release a free PDF of my new book, Virtual Justice, under a Creative Commons license. The book is about the law & policy of MMOGs and virtual worlds. It touches on jurisdiction, property, hacking, and copyright issues, but more generally is about the way technological power is incorporated into new law.
